When you book Grandvalira lift passes and group lessons via Andorra Resorts you will receive your vouchers via email. But what next? – This blog will explain exactly how and where you need to collect your lift passes and lesson tickets when you arrive in Soldeu, El Tarter or Pas de la Casa.

How do I pick up my lift passes and lesson tickets?

Before you head up the mountain you need to exchange your Andorra Resorts vouchers for your lift pass and lesson tickets, and you can do this at the kiosks which are located downstairs (Level -1) in the gondola building.

The gondola building is located towards the top end of the resort, inbetween the Villager pub and the Sport Village Hotel (see map here: www.soldeu.com/map-soldeu). The gondola building is lined with bright blue Grandvalira flags, so it’s nice and easy to spot!

You can collect your lift passes and lesson tickets from the kiosks anytime from 08:45 to 16:00.

Simply hand over your Andorra Resorts lift pass and lesson vouchers and the member of staff at the kiosk will then issue your lift passes and lesson tickets.

How do I check in at Ski School?

IMPORTANT: Please note Andorra Resorts lesson vouchers will not be accepted by Ski School – they must be exchanged for lesson tickets before heading up to Ski School.

Take the gondola up to the top of the mountain and turn right to as you come out of the building. You’ll see Ski School approximately 30 metres away – it’s a brown, wooden building with ‘Escola D’Esqui’ written in bold white writing above the reflective blue windows.

You need to check in at Ski School at least 30 minutes before your lesson is due to start. To check in at Ski School, take your lesson ticket to the reflective, blue check-in windows. Here, a member of Ski School will check your tickets to ensure you have the right time and date. You will be placed into groups based on your ability and assigned a meeting point where you will meet your instructor.

Lessons start promptly at 10am for morning lessons and 2pm for afternoon lessons, so please be at your meeting point at least ten minutes before your lesson is due to start.

EL TARTER

How do I pick up my lift passes and lesson tickets?

You will need to collect your lift passes and lesson tickets from inside the Lift Pass & Lessons Office which is located just next to the large car park in El Tarter, or from the set of ticket windows just a few-minutes’ walk from Nordic Esports. You can collect your lift passes and lesson tickets from the kiosks anytime from 08:45 to 16:00.  

Where is El Tarter Ski School?

El Tarter Ski School is located on the mountain, in the large, open Riba Escorxada section of Grandvalira El Tarter. It’s a small, brown, wooden building with ‘Escola D’Esqui’ written in bold white writing above the reflective blue windows.

If you are a beginner you will need to take the gondola up the mountain. Exit the lift pass building as if you are walking back to the car park and take an immediate right – you’ll see the gondola located just here.

When you get off the gondola, walk straight ahead, down the escalators (yes, there’s escalators on the mountain!!) and you’ll see El Tarter Ski School located a few metres away on the right.

If you are an intermediate or advanced skier or snowboarder you can take the TSD4 El Tarter chairlift from outside Nordic Sports rental shop. Once off the chairlift head to your right and can take a short ride (about 1 minute) to Ski School (past the Bababoom Circus, and into the large open area.)

How do I check in at El Tarter Ski School?

To check in at Ski School, simply take your lesson ticket to the reflective, blue check-in windows. Here, a member of Ski School will check your tickets to ensure you have the right time and date. You will be placed into groups based on your ability and assigned a meeting point where you will meet your instructor.

PAS DE LA CASA

Where do I pick up my lift passes and lesson tickets?

You can collect your lift passes and lesson tickets from inside the Lift Pass & Ski School office which is located at the base of the slopes in Pas de la Casa along on Aviguda d’Encamp road. (See map here: www.pasdelacasa.com/map-pas).

You can collect your lift passes and lesson tickets from the kiosks anytime from 08:45 to 16:00. Simply hand over your Andorra Resorts lift pass and lesson vouchers to the member of staff at the kiosk and they will issue you with your lift pass and lesson tickets.

You can collect your lift passes and lesson tickets from kiosks 1-4, but if you have lessons only then you will need to go to the Ski School desks (8-11).

Where is Pas de la Casa Ski School?

You need to check in at Ski School at least 30 minutes before your lesson is due to start.

Pas de la Casa Ski School is located mid-way up the mountain on the far-left section of Pas de la Casa sector. The easiest way to get to Ski School is to take the gondola which is located on the left-hand side at the base of the slopes. However, if there is a long queue then you can walk up to Ski School via Avinguda d’Encamp road which runs parallel to the slopes. You will walk past Rentaski on your left hand-side, and then through a small car park into Ski School, and the walk takes 5-10 minutes maximum.

If you are an intermediate or advanced skier/snowboarder you can ski to Ski School by taking the TSD6 Font Negre chairlift to the top of the mountain, and then riding the black Jordi Angles down to Ski School.

How do I check in at Ski School?

Once you have arrived at Ski School you will need to check in with the Coordinator of the English-speaking side of Ski School, who will be based around the TSF2 Coll dels Isards chairlift. (Walk out of the gondola platform, turn left, and walk towards the chairlift.)

You will need to show the Coordinator your lesson ticket, and you will then be placed in groups according to your ability – the Coordinator will assign you your meeting point where you will need to go to meet your instructor. Make sure you are at your meeting point at least ten minutes before your lesson is due to start.
