Our standard delivery includes professionally printed gift voucher(s) in a presentation card (we can add a message if you'd like) and is available for recipients in the UK and Ireland. Vouchers are mailed by Royal Mail first class within two working days of receipt of payment.
Delivery is provided by a third party, so we don't accept responsibility for delays. For recipients outside the UK or Ireland, or if you'd prefer codes by email, there's no additional cost.

How to redeem an Andorra Resorts voucher.
Browse our online booking system to work out what you'd like to book — once you know which resort, your start date, duration and the specific products, email or call us with the full booking details plus your voucher number(s). We'll take care of the rest.
If your vouchers cover only part of the booking, we'll send you a secure online link to pay the balance, then email your booking confirmation and travel vouchers. Any questions or need advice? Just let us know.
Gift voucher terms & conditions
- This voucher may only be exchanged for goods of an equal or higher price than the face value of the voucher on payment of the difference. No change will be given.
- This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. Any refunds for goods purchased with vouchers will be given in online credit.
- No liability will be accepted for the replacement or refund of lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers.
- This voucher can only be redeemed in one transaction.
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Date of travel must be within that time.
- Booking cut-off is minimum 72 hours before travel.
- Gift voucher number must be given at time of booking to confirm a booking.
- Any bookings made with gift vouchers are subject to standard booking conditions.
