*NEW Winter 2025/26* Collection of Lift Passes and Lesson Tickets in Arinsal: If you are staying in Arinsal this winter with arinsal.co.uk and have booked lift passes or lessons through us, there’s a new and improved collection process to look forward to. This update brings Arinsal in line with other resorts across Andorra, helping make your holiday even more seamless and stress-free. Here’s everything you need to know before you hit the slopes.
How to collect your Lift Passes
Take your Andorra Resorts voucher to one of the following locations to collect your lift passes:
• Ticket Office at the bottom of the Arinsal Gondola
• Self-Service Lift Pass Machine at the base of the Arinsal Gondola
• Self-Service Lift Pass Machine outside the Ushuaia Hotel (top of the village)

Your voucher will be exchanged for your lift passes—it’s that simple! You’ll find a reference number on your voucher, which is required to use the self-service machines. If collecting from the gondola ticket office, show the voucher from your phone—be sure to pre-download it to avoid roaming charges.
If you’d like mountain insurance, it must be purchased directly from the mountain office before your lift pass is used for the first time. Please keep your lift pass safe once collected, as it cannot be replaced unless insurance was purchased in advance.

How to Exchange Your Voucher
This voucher may be redeemed at the following locations:
- The ticket office, located at the base of the Arinsal Gondola.

If you’re collecting from the main ticket office at the base of the Arinsal gondola, be sure to ask where your lesson meeting point is located on the snowfront when you collect your ticket. While all lessons meet at the top of the gondola, there are separate areas for Adult Group Lessons, the Snow Garden, and Private Lessons—so knowing where to go will make your first day much smoother!
If you’re unsure, just ask one of the instructors in blue—they’ll be happy to help. As a last resort, the Ski School Office is also located nearby at the top of the gondola.
To avoid any stress, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early for your first lesson.
Important Lesson information
Your voucher will not be accepted directly at ski school, it needs to be exchanged for your tickets before you go up the gondola.
You can only check in on the first day of your lessons, and you must check in at least 30 mins before your lessons start. Once exchanged for school tickets keep them safe because they cannot be re-issued.
- Group Lessons: The instructor and the participants may change during the lessons. Group lessons are given in different languages, and whenever possible they will be delivered in the requested language, however to guarantee a lesson in the desired language it is recommended to book private lessons. Group lessons can start on any day, and you may be re-grouped during your lessons period. Lessons do not include a lift pass or equipment, so you need to also book these. If the child age does not match the product booked then the school reserves the right to refuse the service which would result in 100% cancellation fees. Children in snow garden are required to wear a helmet, and for group lessons it is highly recommended.
- Nursery: If you have booked nursery note that it does not include meals. The nursery recommends that you bring your child’s health book and family book, a complete change of clothes, comfortable clothes for indoor activities, as well as nappies, cream, bottle, milk and/or baby food if necessary.
