Getting here

Flights to Andorra.

Fly into Barcelona, Toulouse, Girona, or Lleida — we'll take care of everything from there.

As Andorra doesn't have its own airport you have a good choice of airports to fly to, which means an even wider choice of regional airports to fly from.

As you can fly to a number of airports, Andorra is extremely well served by airlines from the UK and worldwide, therefore flight options for travellers are extensive and varied. In order to help you make a better informed decision regarding your holiday we have outlined below the main airports serving Andorra with various points for consideration.

Barcelona El Prat (BCN) is the most popular gateway — over 40 airlines fly here from across Europe, with fares often under £50 one-way.

Which airport?We'll help you decide.

Barcelona, Girona, Lleida or Toulouse, here's what to know before you book.

Barcelona Airport (BCN)

Barcelona is the most popular choice for Andorra — great flight options from budget and traditional airlines, with 10 daily shared transfer services all year round to Andorra. The road from Spain is easier and less mountainous than the French side, so transfers tend to run more smoothly too.

Approx 124 miles (200 km) to Andorra

Toulouse Airport (TLS)

Toulouse has a good range of flights but only four daily shared transfers to Andorra (two in summer). Check times carefully before you book — the final stretch of road into Andorra is also heavily mountainous and can close in extreme snow conditions, which can lead to cancellations.

Approx 118 miles (190 km) to Andorra

Girona Airport (GRO)

A much smaller airport with a handful of flights to choose from. Much the same as Barcelona, Girona airport benefits from being on the Spanish side of Andorra so the transfer route is much better. Currently the only transfer services we offer from Girona are private transfers.

Approx 152 miles (245 km) to Andorra

Lleida Airport (ILD)

There are limited flights into Lleida. Most people who fly into Lleida either rent a car or book a private airport transfer to reach Andorra.

Approx 93 miles (150 km) to Andorra

Choosing your flight

Budget or traditional?

Both have their advantages — here's what to consider before you book.

Budget airlines

When adding up the total cost, don't forget to factor in luggage and ski carriage — a ski holiday means a lot of warm clothes. If you're travelling with your own equipment make sure you check your airline's policy on packing clothes in the same bag as your skis or snowboard.

Check your chosen airline's luggage guidelines before booking — ski equipment policies vary significantly between carriers.

Traditional airlines

On short haul routes like Barcelona from the UK, traditional airlines like British Airways are increasingly competitive once you add luggage and extras. You'll often find a wider choice of flight times too, which is worth considering when you're trying to match flights with transfer times.

More flight time options means more flexibility to match your transfer — especially useful for the Toulouse route where services are limited.
