We have created a list of commonly asked questions about airport transfers to Andorra. Please have a read through, and contact us should you have any other queries.
We are a team of travel industry and Andorra experts who specialise in independent and flexible ski holidays to Andorra. We have worked in Andorra for over ten years, and have offered airport transfer services since 2008.
We provide private and shared transfers from Toulouse and Barcelona airports, plus private transfers from Lleida, Girona Reus & Carcassonne. If you require transfers from an airport that is not listed then please send us an email.
We prefer to use Barcelona airport due to of the wider range of flights and transfers available, therefore it is much easier to find a transfer that matches up with your flight. Additionally, the roads from Spain up to Andorra are rarely affected by snow conditions, whereas the route from Toulouse is very occasionally closed in extreme weather conditions.
Transfer timings can vary depending on your airport and which resort you are travelling to/from. As a general guide we suggest allowing at least four hours for your transfer. Private transfers will usually be quicker than the shared transfers as your driver will take you directly to your hotel or apartment.
All our transfers are operated by AndBus (formerly Novatel), they have a large fleet of vehicles of different sizes and have been in operation since 1987.
Sorry, we do not know exactly which vehicle will be allocated to you. AndBus own a large range of vehicles and will send a bus/car that is suitable for your reservation.
We can provide a wheelchair adapted vehicle, however the smallest size for this type of transport is a 16 seater. Please get in touch via our contact form to confirm availability.
Your driver will drop you off as near to your hotel / apartment as possible, however please note that due to some streets being particularly narrow or steep you may be dropped close by and potentially have to walk a short way. If the snow is particularly heavy this could affect the exact location you are dropped off or collected. In Pas de la Casa, due to traffic regulations all transfers are dropped off and collected at the main bus stop at the bottom of the town centre.
Subject to availability, you need to book at least three days before. Currently, the earliest you can book for is . Your transfers are not confirmed if you have not received your confirmation voucher.
The easiest way to pay is completing the payment online - we accept Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard. If this is not possible please contact us regarding making a bank transfer.
Once we receive your payment we'll check through everything and then we'll email the confirmation voucher to you, which you will receive within 24 hours of booking. You need to print your confirmation voucher and bring it with you. Your transfers are not confirmed if you have not received your confirmation voucher.
Yes. For payment we pass you to the Wirecard Bank website to make your payment which is completely secure and fully compliant with credit card security procedures.
No, we don't think it's fair to add extra fees or charges - the price you see is the price you pay.
Our transfer supplier is an Andorran company and is therefore very experienced and well equipped for driving in snowy conditions. The transfers will probably take a little longer than usual so you need to allow for this when deciding on your pick-up time. If there is exceptional snowfall the road up the mountain into Andorra from the French side (affecting French airport arrivals) is occasionally closed by the police in which case the transfer companies are forced to cancel their services. If this happens you would be refunded, although as it is beyond the control of the transfer operators they will not cover any additional costs.

For shared transfers please call the supplier directly as soon as you know you're going to miss your transfer - they will move you on to the next transfer free of charge, subject to availability, although if it is late in the evening this could be the following day.
For private transfers please call us or the supplier if your flight is delayed longer than 20 minutes so we can advise the driver.
Unfortunately if you miss your transfer and haven't told us beforehand this will be regarded as a cancellation and you will need to make new arrangements.
Please let us know as soon as possible because any refund for cancellations would depend on how much notice you give. Please refer to our agency booking conditions for more information.
If you leave any luggage on the vehicle it will be taken back to the depot and you will need to collect it from there. The supplier will not bring it to you later because they won't know if it is definitely your bag.
