If you are staying in Arinsal this winter with arinsal.co.uk and have booked lift passes or group lessons through us, then you’ll need to collect them from our conveniently located meeting point in the centre of Arinsal. Please find below our handy guide to finding the office.

How to find us
Our meeting point is located right in the centre of Arinsal, just 75m from the main gondola, directly opposite the Derby Irish bar. We are right next to the Sant Moritz hire shop, apartments reception and supermarket. Our office entrance is inside the building on the right-hand side.
What do you need to do?
You can either come and collect your lift passes and tuition tickets on the evening of your arrival between 18:00 – 20:00 or on the morning of your first day of the mountain between 08:30 – 10:30.
You need to come and see us before you head up the mountain as your voucher will not be accepted at the lift pass kiosk or ski school.
