Five New Après Ski Activities in Andorra

As there are so many activities to enjoy in Andorra when you are not on the slopes, we’ve compiled a list of five new après ski activities for you to enjoy while on holiday in Andorra.

1. Zip-line, Canillo

40 meters off the ground and 500 meters long this is perfect for all you adrenaline junkies.  You will enjoy absolutely stunning views over the lake ‘Llac del Forn’ if you can manage to keep your eyes open, reaching speeds of up to 80 km/h on the whole way down!  Located in the Mon(t) Magic Family Park Canillo this is definitely worth checking out! To enjoy the zip-line you need to be a minimum of 40kg and if going as a pair you can’t exceed 100kg separately.

2. L’Abarset, El Tarter

If you want to party like the locals do, this is the place to do it.  This terrace bar and restaurant situated at the bottom of the gondola in El Tarter comes alive when the slopes close, especially at the weekends hosting international DJ’s and themed parties.

3. Various Escape Rooms, Andorra la Vella

Following the craze that’s sweeping the globe, Andorra is taking part by hosting various different themed escape rooms in the capital.  Featuring stories such as tracking down a band of smugglers or escaping from an avalanche covered hut in the mountains of Andorra, you have 60 mins to solve the clues and set yourself free.  For 2 – 8 people.

4. Night Yoga, Pal

A very full-packed and different night as you get the chance the snowshoe up the slopes of Pal, Vallnord.  After about a 45min hike in the moonlight, you will take part in a group yoga session followed by a tasty organic dinner.  This really unique experience was enjoyed by Esther in January and you can read about it here.

5. Paintballing, Grau Roig

Taking place at the Adventure Activities Centre at Grandvalira-Grau Roig, they’ll provide you with all you need to get fully locked, loaded and ready to go (guns, clothing and protective gear).  You’ll need a minimum of 6 people to partake in this thoroughly entertaining “paintball team war” session.

All the paint used is biodegradable.
